Ooops!!
I guess you can't celebrate being good by being bad. 2/3rds a bottle of red wine- Ooh the calories that must have!!! I have a plan to counteract that tomorrow, involves a ball and a stick no thicker than my thumb. Must be legal when it's self administered right? I was down 5lbs this morning from Wednesday night... I'll see the damage of this in the next day or so... *kicks herself*

okay, I know I am a bit foggy from a couple of beer and no-cookies ... but I can't for the life of me figure out what the ball and the stick is ?

LOL! Neither! Has it been that long? The ball is the "exercise" ball (would come in handy to get rid of some of those excess calories), and the stick is an old "Alberta" law- You're allowed to beat your wife with a stick as long as it's no thicker than your thumb... I felt like a good round of self-flagellation after my bad behavior:)
